Eduardo Viesca

Eduardo Viesca is an investment professional with strong focus and knowledge in the US and Latin American real estate, private equity and asset-based lending markets. He is Senior Vice President at Haymakers focused on debt and equity solutions for real estate investors and developers of all asset classes.

Prior to joining Haymakers, Eduardo founded Manglar Capital, a financial advisory and consulting firm, which evolved into a real estate investment platform focused on the acquisition, development, management and repositioning of residential opportunities in key markets across the US.

Before founding Manglar Capital, Eduardo served as ManagingDirector at Alsis Funds, where he was responsible for leading the origination, structuring, credit analysis, underwriting, development and execution of real estate opportunities for the firm. He managed an annual $100 million new development budget for investment opportunities and had active participation in the successful closing of 3 new investment vehicles for totaling $200 million.

Prior to joining Alsis Funds, he worked as a Senior Analyst atPrudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) for Latin America.

Eduardo is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, fluent in English and Spanish, and holds an MBA and B.Sc. in Business Engineering from ITAM (Mexico).
